Mark brings more than 15 years of health care management expertise to HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Mechanicsburg. Prior to joining HealthSouth Mechanicsburg in April 2011, Mark was the CEO at HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of York. He has experience in a multitude of capacities in the health care arena, including development, finance and regional operations. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Pennsylvania State University. Mark is a native of Central Pennsylvania and resides here with his wife and two daughters.
Liz joined the HealthSouth of Mechanicsburg team in April 2011. She brings more than 20 years of direct patient care and nursing administration experience primarily in acute care settings including intensive care, medicine, surgery, rehabilitation and outpatient services. Liz is an MSN graduate of University of Rochester in Rochester, New York, and received her BSN from Niagara University, Niagara Falls, New York. Liz resides in the Mechanicsburg area with her husband and two children.
Serving as Medical Director for Rehabilitation Hospital of Mechanicsburg, Dr. Lupinacci is a physiatrist. He received his undergraduate and graduate medical training at Georgetown University and completed his residency training in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation at Baylor College of Medicine in Texas. He is the founder of PRISM Physicians of Rehabilitation, Industrial & Spine Medicine, P.C., and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Pain Medicine.
Jeff has been a PT since 1997 and with Healthsouth for more than 10 years. His current role here at Mechanicsburg oversees Inpatient and Outpatient Therapies, Special Procedures and the HIMS departments. He has diverse experience in acute care, outpatient pediatrics, and working with adults in outpatient, home care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings. Jeff has served on the Brain Injury Team, Champion of the Autoambulator program, and received advanced neurological training while becoming Neuro-IFRAH certified. Jeff has been active within his community serving as a volunteer firefighter/EMT. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Loras College and his Master of Physical Therapy from St. Ambrose University.
Annette is a seasoned professional with over 27 years of experience in various facets of healthcare including primary care, home care, marketing and administration. She joined Healthsouth in 2000 as a part time Liaison. She quickly built strong relationships with area healthcare professionals and developed an understanding of how to meet provider and patient needs through Healthsouth programs and services. As Director of Marketing Operations, Annette is responsible for the creative development of new programs and marketing materials designed to focus on the present and future needs of our patients. She received her nursing degree in 1983 through an accelerated program in Tampa, Florida.
Amy joined HealthSouth in March 2012. She has more than 15 years of health care experience. Amy graduated from York College of PA with a bachelors in accounting and is currently working on completing her Masters in Business Administration.
David Staskin has been working in HR since 1986 and has been our HR Director with HealthSouth for 5 years since 2007. He is responsible for the HR Department, non-clinical Education, Food Service, IT Support and the Volunteer Department. He has 26 years of progressive HR experience in the health insurance and healthcare industries. He received a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana University of PA in Psychology with a concentration in Human Resources Management and a Master of Arts Degree in Labor Relations/Personnel Administration from St. Francis University in Loretto, Pennsylvania. He is a current member of the AHCHRS hospital HR organization.
Brett has been employed with HealthSouth since 1999. He has over 15 years healthcare experience in Acute, Long Term Acute Care and rehabilitative settings. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Juniata College and an associate’s degree in Respiratory Therapy from HACC. Brett serves as an Advisory Committee representative at HACC and is an active member of the American Association for Respiratory Care.
Cindy Tyson has been employed at HealthSouth since 2006. She has over 25 years of experience in case management in a variety of rehabilitation settings. She has also worked in Case Management in the insurance arena. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Rehabilitation from Penn State. Additionally she holds a variety of rehabilitation related certifications including: Certified Case Manager, Certified Disability Management Specialist, and Certified Professional in Utilization Review.
